Please introduce yourself and describe what you do for work.

Stating the only women’s league in Las Vegas

How did you get started?

Went to each gym looking for a women’s league to sign up for and they didn’t have one so, I stated my own.

What is a common misconception that people have about you or your job?

I’m Filipina, Spanish and I’m small. They think there is no way I’m running a basketball league

What part of your journey were you unprepared for? What caught you off guard?

I was a little ignorant to that. I got a lot of push back

What are you most proud of in your journey so far?

It’s been 15 years. My family has been part of the journey and so has the city of Las Vegas

What is one piece of advice you'd give to someone who wants to follow a similar path?

Treat people how you want to be treated
